I’m a Business Strategist and Ayurvedic Practitioner based in Ojai, California.
My work is centered around helping women build businesses that feel aligned, clear, and capable of real growth.
Before stepping fully into my practice at Healing Well Ayurveda, I spent years building brands and working within purpose-driven companies, including helping grow Stasher into an internationally recognized product and brand.
Today, I support women in bringing their ideas into form and growing them into something sustainable and fully expressed.
