Founder Strategy Session
One focused conversation can change the way you see the whole business.
This 90-minute private session gives us space to step back and work through the idea, decision or challenge that feels most important right now.
You may be considering a new offer, questioning your pricing, rethinking your brand, reviewing your website, preparing for a launch or simply feeling unsure about where to focus next.
We will look at what is happening, talk honestly about the options and identify a clear direction forward.
Afterward, I will send a short email with:

Your immediate priorities
Anything I agreed to look into
What may be worth revisiting later

Full payment is due when the session is scheduled.
CONTINUED STRATEGIC SUPPORT
Strategic Advisory Series
Continued guidance for something that needs more than one conversation.
The Strategic Advisory Series gives us time to work through a larger idea, challenge or transition as it develops.
This may be a good fit if you are:
Refining your business or offers
Developing a product, course or service
Evolving your brand or positioning
Preparing for a launch
Restructuring your website or digital presence
Choosing between several possible directions
The series includes:
Three 60-minute private strategy sessions
Sessions used over six to eight weeks
Light email support between meetings
Brief follow-up emails with decisions, priorities and items to revisit
You or your team will carry the work forward between sessions, with our conversations providing continued clarity and direction.
$950 or two payments of $475
AN ONGOING PARTNERSHIP
Ongoing Founder Advisory
A strategic partner who understands the whole business—not just the decision in front of you.
Ongoing advisory is for founders who are carrying much of the vision and decision-making themselves and want an experienced perspective beside them.
Because I remain connected to the larger picture, we can make decisions with greater context and continuity. Our conversations may move across business direction, offers, brand, marketing, products, customer experience, partnerships and growth as the needs of the business evolve.
Ongoing advisory includes:
Two 75-minute private strategy sessions each month
Email access for relevant questions and decisions between meetings
Continued attention to priorities, opportunities and emerging ideas
Brief follow-up emails with decisions and next steps
An initial three-month commitment
This is a strategic advisory relationship. Larger research, written strategy and hands-on projects can be discussed and scoped separately when they are truly needed.
$1,200 per month
Payment may be made monthly in full or divided into two payments of $600.

About Katie
I’m Katie Reinman, a founder, business strategist and Ayurvedic practitioner based in Ojai, California.
Before building Healing Well Ayurveda and Root & Rising Studio, I co-created and helped grow Stasher from an early product idea into an internationally recognized consumer brand.
My work touched nearly every part of bringing the business to life: product development, manufacturing, brand building, marketing, e-commerce, partnerships and the countless decisions required to grow something from the ground up.
Today, I bring that experience to women building businesses in wellness, beauty, sustainability and other purpose-driven spaces.
I also understand this work from where I stand now—as the owner of a small wellness practice, building with limited time, a real budget and many competing responsibilities.
That combination allows me to hold both the larger vision and the practical realities of what it takes to move an idea forward.
My role is to help you step back, see what matters and make thoughtful decisions about what comes next.
